Digestive issues are the #1 complaint I hear from clients. Most people come into my office with a weight loss goal accompanied by digestive issues and uncertainty around their specific dietary needs. The truth is how you digest your food impacts 100% of your life. This is an important consideration when we are talking about your overall health.
Are you sleeping enough? Is it quality?
Sleep is our body’s opportunity for repair. Are you getting the recommended 7-9 hours a night? What time are you going to bed? We have a natural circadian rhythm that can be disputed from our modernized lives. Caffeine intake, blue light exposure, HPA axis dysfunction, Stress, and Hormone imbalances, can all affect our body’s circadian rhythm and thusly impact our sleep.
